Responsibilities

• Perform technical tests on changes before production deployment
• Contribute to test strategies and plans
• Prepare test infrastructures and execute technical tests
• Analyze results and contribute to diagnostics in case of malfunctions
• Write detailed reports to support GO/NOGO decisions for production
• Maintain and update reusable test assets
• Industrialize tests via PIC (Process Improvement Cycles)
• Support Dev and Ops teams by sharing best practices

Requirements

• Experience with performance/load testing tools using HTTP protocol (e.g., Neoload, JMeter, Postman)
• Strong knowledge of Container and OpenShift stacks
• Operational knowledge of technical testing processes (installation, performance, robustness, deployment)
• Ability to implement structured diagnostic methods
• Proficiency with analysis tools such as Kibana and Grafana

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Agile environments (Kanban/Sprint)
• Familiarity with Redhat, Tomcat, and API REST
• Knowledge of Java, SpringBoot, Kafka, or Python
