Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Review engineering and product drawings to ensure accuracy and manufacturability
• Translate design drawings into detailed shop drawings, nesting, and cutting plans
• Collaborate with Product and Production teams to resolve technical issues
• Prepare engineering drawings for jigs, fixtures, and templates
• Identify engineering improvements to enhance quality, productivity, and material utilization
• Manage engineering documentation, drawing revisions, and version control
• Participate in daily production briefings and ensure compliance with safety and 5S standards

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in production engineering, manufacturing, or technical drafting
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2022 or newer)
• Knowledge of SolidWorks and SketchUp is an advantage
• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and develop shop drawings
• Understanding of steel fabrication, furniture manufacturing, and production methods
• Familiarity with workshop machinery and fabrication tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Karawaci, Tangerang
