About the role

Responsibilities

  • Apply statistical analysis techniques to monitor, control, and improve manufacturing processes using SPC and MSA/GR&R studies.
  • Implement and maintain process control systems to ensure production is stable, repeatable, and meets quality requirements.
  • Perform production capacity and throughput analysis to identify constraints and support production planning.
  • Support day-to-day production operations by participating in daily stand-up meetings and communicating priorities and risks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with NPI, Systems Engineering, R&D, and Quality teams to drive resolution of issues impacting safety, quality, or delivery.
  • Assist in taking products from development through to mass production and general market availability.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or a similar Engineering discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role.
  • Hands-on experience working on the production floor, supporting builds, testing, or calibration.
  • Proven troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills in a manufacturing environment.
  • Practical experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA/GR&R).
  • Demonstrated ability to improve production efficiency, yield, or process stability.
  • Must have valid Australian work rights (no visa sponsorship available).
