Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional production and distribution activities to ensure a continuous supply of gases and services.
• Champion a "zero harm" safety culture by identifying, tracking, and maintaining safety-critical process elements.
• Analyze operational plant data using Distributed Control Systems (DCS) to identify bottlenecks and optimize output.
• Support the scheduling, training, and coordination of operations technicians and maintenance crews.
• Deploy Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices to drive operational performance KPIs.
• Formulate and pitch data-backed plant development proposals to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (essential).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors (high-potential graduates are also encouraged to apply).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Foundational knowledge of DCS, PLC, automation, and process controls.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and collaborate with diverse operations personnel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge or exposure to gas-related filling center operations.
