About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate regional production and distribution activities to ensure a continuous supply of gases and services.
- Champion a "zero harm" safety culture by identifying, tracking, and maintaining safety-critical process elements.
- Analyze operational plant data using Distributed Control Systems (DCS) to identify bottlenecks and optimize output.
- Support the scheduling, training, and coordination of operations technicians and maintenance crews.
- Deploy Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices to drive operational performance KPIs.
- Formulate and pitch data-backed plant development proposals to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (essential).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors (high-potential graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Foundational knowledge of DCS, PLC, automation, and process controls.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and collaborate with diverse operations personnel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge or exposure to gas-related filling center operations.
