Production Designer, Store Marketing

Responsibilities

• Convert brand direction into in-store activations and campaigns
• Adapt creative across various store formats to ensure consistent execution
• Create production-ready mechanicals for signage and in-store collateral
• Prepare press-ready files and release them to vendors
• Participate in press checks and store tests as required
• Design store communication layouts and execution guides
• Maintain store specifications, production guidelines, and seasonal signage templates
• Coordinate delivery timelines with project leads and print vendors
• Organize print and digital campaign assets for internal teams and stores

Requirements

• Degree/DEC in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience
• 3–5 years of experience in production design or graphic design
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong knowledge of pre-press and print production, including mechanicals and typography
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset with strong follow-through skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the retail industry
• Skills in GIF animation and digital design
