Production Designer

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, production-ready brand assets across digital marketing, product marketing, events, and social media
• Translate and apply Parloa’s design system consistently across multiple formats
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution, quality assurance, and accessibility for every asset
• Partner with Brand Designers to evolve templates and scalable creative systems
• Build and optimize Figma libraries, components, and production workflows
• Explore and adopt AI-powered creative tools to accelerate production

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in production design, graphic design, or brand design
• Deep experience applying and scaling brand systems across marketing channels
• Expert knowledge of typography, layout, color, grids, and visual hierarchy
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, paid media, and marketing assets
• High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a fast-paced B2B SaaS or technology company
• Familiarity with motion design or lightweight animation tools
• Experience supporting global brand campaigns across multiple regions
• Knowledge of accessibility standards for digital marketing assets
