Responsibilities

• Execute static digital assets from approved Figma designs and creative specifications
• Adapt creative assets across multiple formats, sizes, and channel requirements
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, technical, and brand standards
• Prepare and export assets for deployment across digital platforms and marketing channels
• Manage file naming conventions, version control, and trafficking-ready deliverables
• Optimize assets for web performance and responsive experiences
• Maintain organized project files, design libraries, and production documentation
• Support Figma file organization, component management, and specification documentation

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Production Design, Digital Design, Graphic Design, or Creative Production
• Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns, websites, or advertising production environments
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and design systems
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience producing display banners, social media assets, and web content modules
• Understanding of responsive design principles and digital asset optimization
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
