Production Department Manager

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise the full production process for powder wires
• Execute production plans in accordance with budget, quality, and cost targets
• Manage a production team of approximately 70+ people
• Ensure high occupational safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Implement personnel policies and support team competency development
• Manage production assets, inventory levels, and machinery efficiency
• Analyze results, report performance, and optimize production processes
• Monitor and continuously improve KPIs including safety, quality, efficiency, costs, waste, and absenteeism
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and TPM tools
• Plan and execute orders for raw materials and production supplies
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and quality management systems

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar production management role
• Proven experience managing large production teams
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to perform data analysis and manage KPI-driven performance
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Communicative English skills
• Higher education degree (technical or production management preferred)
