Production Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Process design releases into manufacturing to meet build and development targets
• Maintain stock levels and schedule re-orders of existing parts
• Coordinate manufacturing schedules to ensure all project targets are achieved
• Ensure on-time delivery of parts across designated engineering sections
• Handle engineering changes and manage Bills of Materials (BoMs)
• Report production progress and issues proactively to stakeholders
• Identify and report deviations from project plans to manage risks
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the company’s ERP system

Requirements

• Strong understanding of basic engineering principles
• Knowledge of machining and composite manufacturing processes
• Deep understanding of engineering drawings and specifications
• Prior experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Competence in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams
• Familiarity with Bill of Materials management
• Ideally experience in high-performance teams such as motorsport or aerospace
