Production Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect and input production data into databases or spreadsheets ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives through data management including cycle times, line balancing, and machine performance
• Maintain and update production logs, records, and databases
• Own production boards and sustain up-to-date information in production areas
• Generate reports and summaries for production teams and management to support operational decisions
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, or inconsistencies impacting efficiency or quality
• Perform data entry and reporting tasks using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or Manufacturing Technology
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and intermediate MS Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Skills in SQL, data manipulation, and database structures
• Familiarity with ERP or manufacturing data systems
