Production Crew Member

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and tear down dairy processing equipment, including presses, robots, and bag washers
• Adhere to recipes, moisture targets, and quality standards to ensure consistent cheese production
• Perform routine quality checks on temperature, moisture, and coding, documenting all findings
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment through general housekeeping and sanitation of equipment
• Follow FIFO rotation procedures for products and ingredients
• Adhere to all food safety, health, and safety policies and procedures
• Complete departmental checklists, verifications, and required paperwork accurately

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, twisting, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete for the duration of a shift
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures (hot, wet, cold, and humid) and noise
• Commitment to food safety, product quality, and customer satisfaction
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to work scheduled hours with the expectation of overtime based on production needs
• Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills
