Production Coordinator - Women’s Fleece

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development of new women's fleece styles from concept to production by collaborating with internal design teams and external overseas vendors.
• Partner with Design to drive trends and concepts to executable samples, including the selection of fabrics and trims.
• Ensure compliance with T&A calendars and major milestones, including PLM deadlines and merchant call dates.
• Communicate daily with overseas vendors regarding style development, production, and delivery information.
• Procure, review, and assess new cost quotes to ensure garments meet cost requirements.
• Lead touch-base meetings with cross-functional teams including Color, Tech, QA, and Testing.
• Work with Buyers and Planners on garment cost, production planning, and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or an equivalent field.
• 2-3+ years of related apparel experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to act as a liaison between multiple departments.
• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience working with fleece products.
• Proficiency in PLM software.
• Experience using Google Suite and Entefy.
