Production Coordinator, Visual Merchandising

Responsibilities

• Manage production for North America 2D initiatives, including signage, window clings, and lightbox rollouts, ensuring quality, budget, and timing standards are met
• Partner with Global Marketing and Sales teams on 2D strategy and timelines to create vendor distribution lists
• Provide mechanical files for production and create store distribution files aligned with budget requirements
• Communicate with vendors regarding production details, budgets, and timelines
• Manage purchase orders (PO) and maintain accurate budget trackers and project recaps
• Support design concepts through rendering and versioning
• Coordinate the sample approval process with vendors
• Provide support for the installation of graphics and windows, including managing quality control and attending overnight or early morning installs as needed
• Serve as the primary point of contact for field teams via Teams and email
• Research and develop innovative, sustainable production techniques

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Visual Production and Creative Project Management
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with 2D/3D production and installation for premium products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Photoshop
• Knowledge of Sketchup, Layout, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift items and travel as required for installations
