Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the CNBC Hair & Makeup Department through administrative, logistical, and production assistance
• Prepare and process P-card and expense reports in accordance with travel policy guidelines
• Review daily broadcasts, track talent looks, and produce daily guides
• Coordinate appointments for CNBC Talent and manage staff/freelancer schedule changes
• Assist with product requests, orders, shipments, and inventory maintenance
• Maintain "Pro Account" relationships and revise vendor lists
• Coordinate staff transportation and maintain weekly reports
• Provide production assistance for special network events and maintain production calendars
• Perform basic administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and faxing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Knowledge of photo editing tools such as Canva or PicMonkey
• Unrestricted US work authorization

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter with limited supervision
• Experience maintaining high levels of confidentiality in a professional environment
• Resourcefulness and the ability to navigate complex environments
