About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare playlists for team touchbases and rounds
- Set team calendars for regular meeting cadences using Google
- Track shot data and report into Shotgrid
- Take notes during team touchbases and rounds
- Communicate Supervisor and Client comments to artists
- Liaise between artists, leads, and supervisors
- Facilitate artist needs including workstations, software, and meals
- Track inventory and drive workflow to hit artist bid days and quotas
- Mentor junior production team members
- Monitor team wellbeing and energy levels by tracking hours worked
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Production Coordinator in VFX, CG animation, or Game production
- Solid understanding of frontend/backend workflows for digital production (Assets, Layout, Animation, FX, Lighting/Comp)
- Proficiency with Shotgrid
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical shot analysis skills
- Experience with VFX feature films or CG animation feature films
