Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Analyze shop floor transactions and ensure prompt closure of process orders using SAP
• Act as a liaison between operators and supervisors to identify efficiency opportunities
• Manage inventory control by maintaining accurate counts and performing daily cycle counts
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and assist in developing solutions for shortages or overages
• Verify that all products meet quality standards and specifications before shipment
• Review equipment, process checklists, and system transactions for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain neat, orderly, and clean plant facilities in accordance with safety and sanitary standards
• Participate in company safety programs and enforce compliance with all safety regulations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP
• Mechanical and analytical abilities with an understanding of production processes
• Ability to safely operate a lift truck (certification required or must be able to obtain)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, swings, nights, weekends, or rotating schedules
