Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Analyze production execution transactions and close process orders in near real time
• Act as a liaison between operators and supervisors to identify and improve operational efficiency
• Review open process orders by running various reports through SAP
• Ensure correct system goods issue (GI) and goods receipt (GR) for ingredients, raw materials, and output materials
• Work with stakeholders to track down and rectify entry errors
• Ensure packaging and non-batch managed materials are correctly backflushed through process orders
• Assist with planning and scheduling daily plant operations to optimize personnel and equipment use
• Verify that all products meet quality standards and specifications before shipment

Requirements

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to perform duties in a safe and efficient manner
• Flexibility to work the afternoon shift (4:00pm-2:00am) and overtime up to 50 hours if required
