About the role
Responsibilities
- Produce daily customs documents for company trucks and monitor driver itineraries
- Transmit production details for client orders and ensure rigorous follow-up until delivery
- Ensure compliance with company technical specifications for clients
- Coordinate deliveries by booking appropriate carriers to meet deadlines
- Transmit billing information according to finance department directives
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure quality customer service
Requirements
- College diploma in office administration, logistics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Advanced level of spoken and written English
- Experience in customer service
- Strong sense of priority, autonomy, initiative, and flexibility
- 5 years of experience in a similar role (asset)
- Knowledge of FileMaker (asset)
- Knowledge of the printing industry (asset)
