About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the assigned Production Team to ensure excellent production
  • Act as Production Manager on assigned gatherings and events as requested
  • Recruit and develop the Passion Production Contractor team
  • Lead load in/out and create schedules for assigned gatherings and events
  • Coordinate rentals and manage production shipping and receiving
  • Stock inventory of production expendables
  • Maintain and repair equipment in the Passion Production Warehouse
  • Support audio staff, contractors, and Door Holders to achieve excellence
  • Partner with audio staff in system upgrades and expansions

Requirements

  • Two to four years of experience in live event production or equivalent combination of experience
  • Ability to work Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm and all day Sunday
  • Strong project management and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead and delegate tasks to contractors and teams
  • High level of initiative and proactive approach to work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Knowledge of rigging and safety protocols
