Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production operations and manage stage, sound, and lighting crews
• Oversee maintenance of audio, lighting, backline, and video systems
• Manage department budgets, track financial aspects, and complete daily show flashes (P&L)
• Create and maintain inventory, maintenance logs, and vendor records
• Develop weekly show schedules and distribute information to Operations Managers
• Advance technical and hospitality details for shows and events
• Maintain department manuals, training materials, and organized filing systems

Requirements

• Prior production experience in an entertainment venue
• Experience with tour and stage production
• Understanding of stage lighting, professional audio systems, and video systems
• Proficiency in Windows applications, specifically Excel and Word
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
