Prior entertainment venue production experience, Tour and stage production experience, Understanding of stage lighting, pro audio, and video systems, Proficiency in Windows, Excel, and Word, Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate production operations and manage stage, sound, and lighting crews
- Oversee maintenance of audio, lighting, backline, and video systems
- Manage department budgets, track financial aspects, and complete daily show flashes (P&L)
- Create and maintain inventory, maintenance logs, and vendor records
- Develop weekly show schedules and distribute information to Operations Managers
- Advance technical and hospitality details for shows and events
- Maintain department manuals, training materials, and organized filing systems
Requirements
- Prior production experience in an entertainment venue
- Experience with tour and stage production
- Understanding of stage lighting, professional audio systems, and video systems
- Proficiency in Windows applications, specifically Excel and Word
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- College Degree
