Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical, personnel, and financial aspects of show productions to ensure successful event reconciliation
• Support the Production Manager with settlement, payroll, scheduling, and administrative tasks
• Manage interdepartmental communication and attend production and venue staff meetings
• Create and maintain department manuals, training materials, and equipment inventory logs
• Assist with scheduling staff, rentals, and hospitality within established budgetary guidelines
• Advance technical and hospitality details for upcoming shows and events

Requirements

• Prior production experience specific to entertainment venues, theaters, or touring scenarios
• General understanding of stage lighting, professional audio systems, and video systems
• Strong computing and accounting skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and various collaboration tools
• Excellent communication and note-taking skills
• Ability to remain calm and levelheaded in fast-paced environments
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in environments with moderate to loud noise levels
