Production Coordinator II

Responsibilities

• Responsible for fulfillment within MRP for production work orders
• Release kit requests to Inventory
• Support prioritization and expediting subassemblies to support integration timeline
• Clear blockers preventing production from completing orders, including following up on issue tickets, part shortages, and yield loss
• Work in a cross-functional team environment to achieve company-wide goals

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of production experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain
• Proficiency in MRP systems
• Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to communicate and manage work tasks
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
