Production Coordinator II

Responsibilities

• Oversee all logistics of on-location shoots including crew movements, equipment shipments, and vendor communication
• Hire camera, audio, and support crew and manage the onboarding process
• Coordinate all crew travel including flights, hotels, and rental vehicles
• Research and book local equipment rentals and locations
• Oversee permitting and handle administrative tasks such as securing vendor paperwork, releases, and processing payments
• Manage shoot communication including updating schedules, sending emails, and creating call sheets
• Collaborate with other departments to communicate budget considerations and crew assignments
• Perform administrative tasks including reviewing invoices and updating department tracking documents

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience coordinating on-location shoots in film, television, or live event production
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage logistics, travel, vendors, and shoot communication
• Ability to work 5 days a week from the Mt. Laurel, NJ office
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of TV/film production equipment including camera, audio, lighting, and grip
• Understanding of crew roles, responsibilities, and on-set workflows
• Familiarity with NFL and NFL Films programming and historical context
