Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing production plans to ensure continuous production
• Update production plans in the system for efficient information sharing
• Perform scrap reduction activities
• Communicate with Manufacturing and Quality Units to modify production plans based on feedback
• Perform administrative work related to daily production
• Perform all work safely and according to company standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of business and management principles, resource allocation, and production methods
• Understanding of raw materials, production processes, and quality control
• Functional knowledge of machines, tools, and maintenance methodologies
• Ability to move about the manufacturing plant and production areas

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a related field
• Previous relevant experience in the manufacturing industry
