About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate production schedules, assignments, and personnel direction for the night shift to ensure efficient product flow and uptime.
  • Assist in troubleshooting flow and legacy ribbon lines to increase uptime and changeover efficiencies.
  • Act as front-line leadership by coaching floor personnel and resolving daily operational issues.
  • Conduct thorough shift handoffs and maintain daily handoff logs.
  • Monitor product quality and escalate recurring issues to supervisors or maintenance.
  • Ensure product flows through the process in the correct sequence to maintain on-time schedule performance.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by observing safe work practices and reporting unsafe conditions.

Requirements

  • High School graduate.
  • 5 years of service and/or manufacturing experience.
  • Certified and experienced Manufacturing Associate.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical knowledge.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computer applications (Microsoft Office, SAP CoMET, and shop floor systems).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
