Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all local activities of the conveyor belt production process
• Ensure production of semi-finished and finished products meets company procedures and customer requirements
• Translate production strategy into actionable plans and oversee their implementation
• Contribute to strategic and operational planning, including investment, capacity, and workforce planning
• Initiate and implement continuous improvement activities using CBS methods
• Participate in global or local production projects requiring cross-functional cooperation
• Monitor and analyze production performance, quality, and capacity utilization
• Manage product-specific ramp-up or change projects for new or relocated processes
• Proactively solve quality issues regarding customer complaints and reject rates
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and fire protection regulations
• Participate in structured problem-solving using A3 or 8D formats

Requirements

• University degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related discipline
• 3 or more years of professional experience in process engineering functions
• Fluency in English
