Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate in-house production including scheduling, material movement, and QC inspection
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure material availability and monitor raw material inventory
• Pull, kit, and stage materials for production to ensure efficient workflow
• Maintain and update the in-house production schedule using ERP systems
• Provide floor support by distributing work and assigning tasks to sewers
• Perform basic garment sewing construction and other tasks like boxing, taping, and cutting
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial production
• 2+ years of experience with inventory or production management systems
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Basic garment sewing construction skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with production scheduling or parts expediting
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
