Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work direction for manufacturing personnel
• Assist the supervisor in developing action plans to achieve departmental goals and production schedules
• Coach, train, and motivate manufacturing personnel to enhance morale and performance
• Ensure all personnel follow appropriate procedures and maintain documentation/traceability systems
• Process discrepant products or materials for rework or MRB according to established procedures
• Act as a liaison between manufacturing and support groups such as engineering, technicians, and management
• Provide feedback for performance appraisals and assist in the employee selection process
• Temporarily act as supervisor when the supervisor is absent

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• High school diploma, degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of manufacturing experience preferred
