Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Review incoming artwork files for print readiness, including accuracy, scaling, bleed, resolution, and color requirements
• Prepare production-ready files for dye sublimation printing across various fabric bases and textile applications
• Coordinate production workflows, schedules, and milestones for dye sublimation projects to ensure deadlines are met
• Manage the proofing and approval processes both internally and with external partners
• Support color consistency and quality control standards across different fabric substrates
• Collaborate with textile designers, sewing teams, and vendors to troubleshoot manufacturing challenges and ensure project alignment
• Maintain organized digital file structures and production documentation

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in prepress, textile printing, dye sublimation production, or graphics production
• Strong understanding of dye sublimation printing and textile production workflows
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities in a deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with RIP software, proofing processes, scaling, nesting, and color management
