Production Coordinator - Avionics

Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing cells to ensure production plan compliance and maximize cell efficiency.
• Assign personnel to manufacturing processes based on training, ergonomics, and required skills.
• Monitor production plans and assign daily tasks to ensure continuous workflow.
• Ensure all operations are performed according to work instructions and safety regulations.
• Lead shift start meetings and maintain daily communication with the work team.
• Resolve production line issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain order and cleanliness within the facility and promote company policies and rules.
• Oversee First Article Inspection (FAI) assemblies where applicable.

Requirements

• High school diploma or incomplete professional degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience directing production cells.
• Proven experience in personnel management.
• Experience executing and managing production plans.
• Availability to work different shifts according to area needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in electronic board manufacturing (specifically varnish/coating processes).
