Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production volumes to drive optimal output and maximize operational efficiency
• Monitor team and individual performance, addressing underperformance through HR processes
• Review workflows and procedures to improve productivity and minimize waste
• Proactively recommend resources and prioritize urgent work orders to ensure timely delivery
• Manage staffing levels, rosters, and workloads through recruitment and cross-training
• Implement operational changes and manage compliance, reporting, and client queries
• Maintain compliance with HSE standards through toolbox talks, incident investigations, and hazard observations

Requirements

• At least 5 years of demonstrated operations experience
• 2 or more years of experience in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Proven personnel management ability, including recruitment and conflict management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong analytical thought patterns and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
