Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Anticipate missing parts by interfacing with the Supply Chain via shopfloor IT systems (PGI, PEA)
• Coordinate standard and parasitic flows by resolving hardware anomalies, non-conformities, and missing parts
• Escalate operational logistics issues promptly to the Production group to prevent impacts on serialization
• Manage work orders and control production pacing to secure short-term material availability
• Lead or support Practical Problem Solving (PPS) initiatives and maintain shopfloor standards (5S, Andon)

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in shopfloor logistics, production scheduling, or industrial material flow management
• Strong hands-on command of industrial tracking ERP software such as SAP, PGI, or PEA
• Substantive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and shopfloor dynamics
• Demonstrated capability to interact within Autonomous Production Teams and manage competing priorities
• Ability to work under a flexible 2*8 shift work schedule
