Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily manufacturing activity against production priorities and just-in-time requirements
• Lead daily production line meetings (AIC) and conduct safety briefings
• Manage tooling processes, including ordering and distribution to team members
• Oversee driving authorizations for the MT line
• Conduct recruitment interviews and manage the onboarding process for new employees
• Support production teams regarding safety, hygiene, and equipment management

Requirements

• BTS mécanique degree or equivalent technical qualification
• 5 years of experience in production coordination or team management
• Strong knowledge of and interest in boilermaking/metalworking activities
• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills
• High level of awareness regarding safety and hygiene regulations
• Ability to work autonomously with strong initiative and problem-solving skills
