Production Controller

Responsibilities

• Manage controlling and cost accounting for the manufacturing site in Mühlheim an der Donau
• Perform standard cost accounting and analyze material price variances, lot sizes, and cost deviations
• Prepare and analyze production-relevant data, including production planning and control
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing departments, other SKF plants, Business Development, and Group Finance
• Coordinate with the SKF Business Center in Poland regarding accounting and cost monitoring
• Support monthly and annual financial closing processes
• Contribute to the continuous development and optimization of existing controlling processes

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in controlling, ideally within the metal or electrical industry manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in SAP
• Experience with Power BI and SQL is highly desirable
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Analytical mindset with a structured and independent way of working
• Fluency in German and good proficiency in English
