Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation and rollout of Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing
• Define and configure production processes, routings, BOMs, and work centers in Oracle Fusion
• Maintain accurate production data including work orders, materials, and resource utilization
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate cost tracking and reconciliation between production and financial modules
• Support standard costing, work order variances, and cost roll-ups within the ERP system
• Act as a primary point of contact for production-related ERP issues and troubleshooting
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports within Oracle Fusion and BI tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Systems, or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in production control, planning, or manufacturing operations
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Manufacturing, Inventory, and Costing modules)
• Strong understanding of ERP data structures including BOMs, routings, and work centers
• Familiarity with integration between production and finance modules
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion reporting tools, analytics dashboards, and Excel
• Experience supporting ERP implementation or upgrade projects
