Production Control Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage department operations and create daily workload plans to meet order SLAs and DC requirements
• Lead talent management for hourly direct reports, including hiring, training, performance management, and coaching
• Partner with Store Support Center and Retail Operations to achieve company goals and optimize workflow
• Communicate daily staffing, workload updates, and performance data to DC and production control leadership
• Maintain and update department tools, guides, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Champion safety throughout the DC by partnering with Managers and People Safety teams
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by challenging the status quo and implementing lean methodologies

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a distribution center or similar environment
• 2+ years of experience directly or indirectly leading a team of hourly employees
• Proficiency with Manhattan WMS is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse Management Systems
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in engineering, supply chain, logistics, or operations
• Experience with Labor Management Systems (LMS)
• Experience implementing lean methodology and continuous improvement initiatives
