Production Control Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop an hourly workforce including performance feedback and conflict resolution
• Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, picking, kitting, line-side delivery, and shipping operations
• Ensure material availability to production while minimizing excess inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, transaction execution, and audits
• Enforce FIFO, shelf-life controls, and material segregation requirements
• Identify and lead process improvements to increase throughput and labor efficiency
• Track and report KPIs including inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and safety
• Ensure accurate and timely transactions in ERP/WMS systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in warehouse, materials, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
• 1+ year of experience leading or supervising hourly teams in an operational environment
• Strong understanding of inventory control and material flow
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
• Ability to operate material handling equipment including forklifts
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, or alternate shifts
