About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a knowledge expert for client specifications within print operations
- Serve as a liaison between Production and Client Services to resolve SLA-related issues
- Proactively communicate potential SLA risks to management and the Client Service Team
- Inspect and verify printed media, materials, and postage through the sign-off process
- Ensure all special handling processes and instructions are strictly followed
- Provide feedback and escalations to management when standards are not met
- Cross-train in applicable areas to ensure quality goals are met and exceeded
- Verify that all jobs are properly reconciled and closed accurately and timely
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a print or production environment
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish
