Production Control Specialist 1

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities across internal teams and outsourcing contractors to optimize performance
• Monitor and analyze key operational KPIs including On-Time Delivery, Yield, Capacity Utilization, and Inventory Accuracy
• Manage production schedules and monitor day-to-day performance for in-house and outsourced operations
• Support capacity planning and monitor utilization for manufacturing operations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, procurement, and logistics teams
• Synchronize operational data across manufacturing and enterprise systems (MES, ERP, WMS, SCM, MRP)
• Manage inventory for raw materials, WIP, and finished products
• Coordinate shipment and logistics schedules to ensure on-time delivery
• Support root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for production and quality issues
• Prepare routine production status reports and communicate performance updates

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in production control, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong technical analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to multitask and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outsourced production and supplier management
