Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contributor in long-term and day-to-day production planning
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and business development to maintain master schedules
• Provide regular reporting on schedule performance through daily, weekly, and monthly reviews
• Develop reporting tools and metrics using Excel, queries, and visual dashboards to identify risks
• Generate and manage daily work schedules and monitor progress to identify bottlenecks
• Verify MRP system data accuracy against vehicle production schedules
• Coordinate availability of fixtures, tooling, and testing equipment
• Support initiatives for improving product quality, efficiency, and safety
• Contribute to process automation and lean production efforts

Requirements

• U.S. Persons status required for export-controlled data access
• 4+ years of manufacturing scheduling experience in aerospace or automotive environments
• Strong understanding of various scheduling philosophies
• High proficiency in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or P6/Primavera
• Experience with ERP/MRP and MES systems
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
• High capability in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerBI, and SQL
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
