Production Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing production planning team
• Develop processes for collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
• Maintain comprehensive master schedules using Microsoft Office and other tools
• Develop reporting tools and metrics using Excel, queries, and visual dashboards to identify risks
• Manage daily work schedules and monitor progress to identify bottlenecks
• Collaborate to build an MRP system aligned with vehicle production schedules
• Coordinate the availability of fixtures, tooling, and testing equipment
• Lead initiatives for improving product quality, efficiency, and safety
• Spearhead process automation and lean production efforts

Requirements

• U.S. Persons status required for export-controlled data access
• 4+ years of manufacturing scheduling experience (aerospace or automotive preferred)
• 2+ years of people leadership experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or P6/Primavera
• Experience with ERP/MRP and MES systems
• High capability in Excel, PowerBI, and SQL
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
