Production Control

Responsibilities

• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and communicate potential schedule changes due to delays, shortages, or cancellations
• Track and report production status
• Identify potential bottlenecks and implement solutions to meet delivery deadlines
• Provide support to Production Planners and schedulers
• Orchestrate communication between engineering, procurement, quality, and maintenance departments
• Generate and maintain weekly production reports
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to safety guidelines

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of manufacturing environment experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook
• Understanding of ERP system workflows
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
