Production Clerk

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate production-related transactions within the ERP system (D365), including material consumption and inventory movements
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry for production orders, batch records, and quantities
• Verify ERP transactions performed by production employees to identify and correct discrepancies
• Maintain complete and audit-ready production documentation, including batch tickets and inventory adjustments
• Print accurate labels and batch tickets for production and packaging processes
• Monitor order fulfillment status and escalate delays or inefficiencies to appropriate parties
• Prepare periodic production reports and track key performance metrics

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, operations, or administrative role
• Proven experience working with ERP systems (D365 experience is preferred)
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reconciliation, and investigative skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, and standing
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
