Production Attendant

Responsibilities

• Perform wet packaging tasks, including supplying the line with product and ensuring proper seals.
• Execute dry packaging tasks, such as applying labels and dates, boxing, and palletizing finished goods.
• Rotate through different production tasks every 30 minutes to maintain line efficiency.
• Meet daily performance targets and assist with machinery setup, changeovers, and teardown.
• Adhere to all food safety, quality, and health and safety regulations, including wearing required PPE.
• Complete daily sanitation duties and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in mandatory daily stretching programs and scheduled shifts punctually.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to multitask.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and statutory holidays as required.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in food, dairy, or general manufacturing environments.
