Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment and machinery
• Prepare, inspect, and measure raw materials for production
• Check components for compliance with tolerances or specifications
• Perform basic troubleshooting, including clearing jams and splicing/threading membrane
• Provide training, coaching, or guidance to new production workers as needed

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of continuous experience operating machines
• Ability to work under general supervision
• Ability to handle moderately complex issues and problems
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to use a public address system
