Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Manufacture products within the Wood Reels division in a safe and efficient manner
• Monitor and report the quality of manufactured products, making incremental process adjustments as needed
• Collaborate with various departments and teams to troubleshoot problems and situations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area, utilizing downtime for cleaning and straightening
• Learn to set up new jobs and train on different production lines and departments
• Perform all duties in strict support of company quality and safety policies

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive duties, including climbing stairs
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of craftsmanship
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
