Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with other departments and teams to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor and report the quality of manufactured products, making incremental process adjustments
• Troubleshoot problems and situations in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in accordance with company policies
• Learn to set up new jobs and train on various production lines
• Perform all duties as designated by the supervisor, including cleaning and organizing during downtime

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive duties, including climbing stairs
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
