Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Fill a variety of roles on the production line as needed
• Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment and machinery
• Prepare, inspect, or measure raw materials
• Check components for compliance with tolerances or specifications
• Package, store, and ship completed goods
• Provide training or guidance to new production workers as required

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 2 to 4 years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Technical expertise in a production environment
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow complex directions
• Flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts
