Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Operate and train on production and powered industrial equipment, including forklifts
• Pick, stage, and load materials and inventory to support production flow
• Maintain accurate data and system transactions within manufacturing systems
• Execute production processes to improve efficiency and minimize downtime
• Operate safely at all times, following proper use of production and material-handling equipment
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners
• Work in an electrostatic discharge (ESD) controlled environment

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods (more than 80% of the shift)
• Ability to stoop, bend, push, pull and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility to support different shifts including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in electronic assembly and/or troubleshooting
• Experience using scanners, label printers, and other IT/OT equipment
