Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of a continuously running production line
• Operate material processing equipment including shredding and milling systems
• Operate powered industrial trucks such as forklifts and reach trucks
• Pick, stage, and load materials and inventory for production areas
• Receive inbound shipments of raw materials and maintenance parts
• Maintain accurate data within a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Participate in physical inventory audits and cycle counts
• Follow safety protocols and quality control practices

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred
• Familiarity with hazardous material handling or HAZWOPER certification preferred
• Ability to work in required PPE including Tyvek suits and PAPRs
• Basic computer skills for using HMIs and inventory software
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, or overtime
